As Executive Director of Aurora Development Corporation, Kelsey works to establish resources and partnerships with local and state organizations to support and grow the Aurora business community.  She oversees and carries out efforts in business recruitment, the business expansion and retention program, entrepreneurship and business startups,  housings and general community development.   Kelsey has a passion for rural Nebraska and believes Aurora offers small town living with the amenities you find in a city.
