Northridge Subdivision

The 2020 Aurora Housing Study administered by Five Rule, showed that Aurora continues to have a low vacancy rate at 4%.  With a population that is projected to continue to rise and less people living in each housing unit on average, housing has been and will continue to be, a large community need.  It is anticipated that 452 units need to be built to fill this gap.
